…Spain’s banknotes are covered in cocaine?


After testing 100 banknotes gathered from gyms, supermarkets and pharmacies across Spain, it was discovered that 94 had traces of cocaine on them. Though it’s not clear whether the notes were used to snort cocaine or whether they just picked up traces from other bills, it is now known that for those who can’t afford the $7 per line street price, their next fix may have been in their pocket all along.
