Nikolai Sutyagin got a little carried away with his home building project, and 15 years later, the result is a 144-foot tall, 13 floor monstrosity that could tumble at any minute. Don’t worry though, to get around local building codes, Nikolai built a roof over the second floor, meaning everything above that is “just decoration”.
