Chris Rokos, a 36-year-old hedge fund manager, has purchased a 17,000 sq. ft., four story, run down hotel in west London, and plans on turning it into the eight-bedroom home of his dreams.
Amenities include a gym, a home cinema, a third-floor open-air pool, an internal climbing wall, a subterranean garage with motorized lift for two cars, a library…and an indoor high dive swimming pool dug 16 feet into the ground. Under his house.
Hope he gets flood insurance.
