Duff Goldman owns and is top chef at Charm City Cakes, and has a TV show on The Food Network called Ace of Cakes based upon his cake business. The reason he has all of this fame is simple: He makes cakes that look far and away too good to eat. They look like sculptures or models, something you’d see at a museum rather than in front of a five year old at his next birthday. Check out his site and prepare to be amazed by the work he has done. It would be like putting a knife through the Mona Lisa to cut a slice out of one of these things.
