Anyone who can look at a classic Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow and decide that it’s just not going to be enough until there are 1040 horses of Hemi V8 under the hood is ok in my book.
The 592-cubic-inch monster features a dual-stage nitrous system to reach those astronomical power numbers, and the interior is even done up in full luxury garb, with a leather wrapped roll cage and a full collection of shiny gauges.
Plus, who’s going to deny some Grey Poupon to a guy with a blower sticking out of the hood?

The man that claims to have built this car is Joe Richardson of Joe's Rod Shop out of Denver NC, this guy is a fraud, the car was built by Ernie MacDaniel RaceCars in Davie Florida. I have all the pictures of this car from the ground up. It was my dad who did the whole chassis and the frame rails were bought from Chris Alston and all the components were purchased by Ernie MacDaniel. This guy Joe claims he dynoed the motor and thats a lie also as it was done by Ray Barton Racing Engines.
You have no idea what it is that you are talking about. You need to get your facts straight. First of all Ernie MacDaniel only put the chassis under the car. The motor was built by Ray Barton Joe has never said that he built or put the car on the dyno. the interior was done buy Hot Rod Interiors and such credit has been given out. the owner of the car is the one that has put the credit where it is.
You have no clue what you are saying. I guess Ernie is just upset that he didn't get to do the rest of the job that he screwed up! When the car came in it was no where near being ready to go to the street and most of all of it had to be redone. So now lets see WHO IS THE FRAUD!!!!!
I suggest that you quit making such claims because you have no grounds.
First of all Shelly, you obviously don't have a clue to what YOUR talking about. You don't know squat about construction of a rod, and you evidently don't know how to read! Look at all the articles on the internet and the videos on you tube. Joe Richardson make the claim he built this car and he makes the statement in quote” I dynoed the motor” and I'm not the only one that seen that motor on Ray Bartons dyno. And as far as the owners concern, he taik to the builder Ernie MacDaniel and appoligized for the misunderstanding the media had portraid Joe Richardson being the builder. Joe may have assembled some parts, but there is a difference between builder and assember. But I wouldn't expect YOU to know the difference. I have every invoice, and pictures in my shop showing the construction in every stage of COMPLETION! The car went to Joe for assembly NOT construction. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!
Also to note for Mr. Shelly, Once the car had been completly assembled by Ernie MacDaniel, he then had to disassemble the car and its components so it could go to the body shop to be painted. It was told to Mr. Weston to have the car back at Ernie's shop by Febuary of 08. The car came back around July of 08 and Mr. Weston was told then by Ernie that he could not finish re-assembling the car because Mr. MacDaniel was retiring and shutting the doors on his long established business and moving out of state. Then the car had to be sent to the interior shop for leather and seats. Mr. Richardson said on video it took 5 months to complete this interior, 5 months from July08 would put Joe Richardson getting this car about Jan 09, but wait (It was at a car show in OHIO WHEN? OK, now the picture is becoming more clear. Number 1 the car did not have to be completly redone as Mr. Shelly states, and by the way Mr. Weston asked Mr. MacDaniel that he would like to fly him to Mr. Weston's shop in order for him to finish completing the assembly of the car. And if he had Joe Richardson wouldn't even be in the picture. Also Mr. Mr. MacDaniel didn't take any credit for the HEMI he just made all the mounts for the motor and transmission, and he didn't take credit for the interior either. He just BUILT THE CAR!
This was sent to Mr Mac Deaniel because of his false claims. Mr Weston and Mr Richardson felt that all of the readers should know the truth.
