Jason King’s photography in Starlight Meadows is some of the most unique that I’ve seen in quite some time. Using animal masks, he tells the story of a world “that wasn’t quite real and is slowly eternally engaged in the process of transmuting into something real”. The way the lighting and the exposure work together to create the sense of a surreal world is magical, and each image tells much more than it’s allotted 1000 words. Just be prepared to want much more of what Jason has to offer.
