Kicherer’s biturbo beast is back in black, as the SL K 60 Evo Black brings the word ‘roadster’ and the words ‘mind numbingly fast’ together at last. With 605 horsepower on tap from the V12, 60 flies by in 4.3 seconds, and the restricted top speed of 186.4 mph is reached before you can say ‘you may want to take off your hat’.
Everything is done in high-quality carbon fiber, and even the interior sees some sprucing. Sadly for them, it still probably comes up short when compared to the factory equipped SL65. Good try though.
