Instructables users noahw and canida have created the Mouse Mouse, a very literal interpretation of the computer mouse. By hacking a travel-sized mouse and putting it inside of a taxidermied real mouse, you can click and scroll with gory delight. Just make sure you hide it when your PETA friends come over.
