The Poseidon Hotel wants to give a new meaning to the term sleeping with the fishes. Currently being built off the coast of Fiji, the hotel will rest on the ocean floor, and with 60% of the hotel covered in windows, ought to provide some of the most beautiful views any hotel goer has ever seen. Set to open in early 2009, there will be 24 suites and one apartment, all done in top luxury style. It’s a whole new world.
