A ban on billboards in Sao Paulo might have left the city blank, but that hasn’t stopped a group called 6emeia from beautifying the city’s streets with sewer opening cartoon paintings.
Along the way, they’ve adapted this very clever idea to a variety of faces and images, and each one has a wonderful amount of personality and pizzazz.
I think it’s time the city did a bit of artist hiring, because this is one neat project that needs a bigger budget.
