Ever wonder how South Park does what South Park does? Apparently, it’s a whole lot of Apple, they’re this weeks Apple Pro Profile. With a turn around time of only six days, these guys are putting in 100 to 120 hours per week to crank out an episode, and often are editing just hours before the show is scheduled to go live. Though the show started out with just construction paper and scissors, they’ve moved up to render farms and G5 workstations running the full gamut of animation software.
