…America is part of a Food Fight?

Food Fight

Food Fight is “an abridged history of American-centric war, from World War II to present day, told through the foods of the countries in conflict”.

It’s a pretty entertaining and “chronologically re-enacted smorgasbord of aggression”, and definitely worth a few minutes of your time, so watch and see if you can identify all of the parties involved.

…It’s Movie Monday: The Machine Girl?

The Machine Girl looks too good to be true.

Ninjas? Yakuza? Gratuitous Amputations? Machine Gun Arms? Tempura? Finger Sushi? Chainsaws? Flying Guillotines? Drill Bras? All of the above?

Yes, yes, yes, and more yes.

I’m willing to be that it’s not going to be good; but I’ll also bet that it is going to be extremely entertaining:

…Spiders can be dangerous?

SpiderSpider is a rather clever action-thriller short from Australian director Nash Edgerton that “gives an all-new meaning to old Peugeots, stunning blondes and love-jokes”.

With Nash playing Jack, and Mirrah Foulkes playing Jill, it’s definitely a low budget affair, but the results are still rather entertaining.

Just remember: It’s all fun and games until someone loses an eye.

Caution: This film is probably not for the squeamish.

…Umbrellas can be deadly?

Squirt Gun Umbrella

Since I’ve been sloshing through the rain for a few days now, I am starting to wish there was a better way to stay dry.

While this umbrella might not keep you out of the elements any better than a normal umbrella, it will keep you entertained with a squirt gun handle that is perfect for hand to hand combat.

Rainwater is collected to fill the gun’s reservoir, and the umbrella itself acts as a shield in case of ambush, so there’re the perfect cure for rainy day blues.

Slosh on.

…Toyota has four wheels of furry?

Toyota has embraced the World of Warcraft culture in their latest commercial for the Tacoma, and given one of the characters “Four Wheels Of Furry!”

Surprisingly, it’s an entertaining commercial that pulls off authenticity quite well.
