Inspired by Koo-Ki Sushi, McAuliflower, the author of Brownie Points, put together a few tips and a how-to guide for making your own sweet sushi. In the guide, she shows the steps used to make sushi creations such as tamago, salmon, ebi and unagi, as well as the rice krispy treat rice base, wasabi and nori you’ll need to complete your fushi (fake sushi) meal.
