The Uniform Project is a campaign to raise money for the Akanksha Foundation (a grassroots movement that is revolutionizing education in India) in which Sheena Matheiken will wear one dress for one year as an exercise in sustainable fashion.
Though she’s wearing one dress, there are seven identical copies of it so that she can have a clean one each day of the week, and each day, Sheena will reinvent the dress with layers, accessories and all kinds of accouterments, the majority of which will be vintage, hand-made, or hand-me-down goodies.

Show off your inner geek with outerwear that features Mike Tyson and Little Mac from Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out.
Etsy user Beatboxtaun knitted this scarf, and it’s 100% hand made and one of a kind, so you better hurry if your wardrobe won’t be complete without it.

Cotton Monsters are Jennifer Strunge’s cute, stuffed, and hand made monsters.
Since she uses no patterns, each one is unique, and every day, new monsters are added to the store.
They’re also “made with love using recycled clothes and linens” so you can feel good knowing that you’re saving a shirt from sure destruction.
Hurry though, as these monsters go fast.

In addition to being one of the best films of the year, Juno also has a few more things going for it:
1. One of the best opening title sequences I’ve seen in a while. The hand-made sequence was created by Shadowplay Studio, and lends itself nicely to the quirky and creative tone of the film itself.

2. A great soundtrack with a great ecard creation tool/marketing ploy. Just upload your face, add pieces of Juno flair, and send to a friend. You’ll be part of the Junoverse in no time.
