The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is a way for the company to show you what you could look like if you had a million dollar body, a personal lingerie stylist…and wings.
While it’s really just a way for the company to get some relatively cheap publicity, it’s also a chance to see some of the most beautiful women in the world in their undies, so I’ll gladly give them a little link love as a way of saying thanks.

Though the bunnies are still in the spotlight, Sony has created another beautiful Bravia ad that is slipping by relatively unnoticed.
Supposedly made exclusively for the Egyptian market, this ad features one of the Great Pyramids getting covered in string in a very Sony way.
It’s an amazing ad, which is why I wonder about the lack of publicity.

It looks like more than a few people feel like Barry Bonds was using a little help on his way to the record.
After counting over 10 million votes, the public has decided to permanently brand ball 756 with an asterisk before sending it to Cooperstown to reside in the Baseball Hall Of Fame.
Whether or not Cooperstown actually accepts the ball is another matter; though considering the publicity this will bring them, I’m guessing they’ll take it.

Victoria’s Secret’s annual fashion show aired this evening, including the usual extravagance and the much anticipated multi-million dollar bra. Though mostly an advertising/publicity stunt (there aren’t many women that would want to spend the hours required to put on the elaborate outfits that hit the runway, just to strut around for a few minutes before taking everything back off again), it’s a show that both guys and girls can usually enjoy (though probably for very different reasons). Recently, it seems like VS has moved towards borderline soft-core porn to sell their stuff, and this show was no different. I guess if you’ve got it, flaunt it.
