Unfortunately they’re just a concept, because these Lamborghini Superleggera heels are seriously hot.
Featuring the nose of the car for the toes, including working grill vents, the tail of the car for the heel, the Superleggera stripe down the sides, a side scoop around back and a carbon fiber heel, they’ve got all the right design cues in all the right places without being too gaudy or over done.
It’s supposed to be a Bullit remake (the site’s in French) but regardless of what it’s supposed to be, a black Ferrari F430 chasing an orange Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera through the streets of Paris is definitely something to be seen and heard:
Spend the season with the bull with this limited edition Lamborghini Christmas Collection.
Featuring three baubles “finished in a special orange glaze, Arancio Borealis, on of four colours in which Lamborghini’s super lightweight car, the Gallardo Superleggera, was launched earlier this year” as well as a set of slow-burning candles in matching orange with the Lamborghini shield imprinted on the side, it’ll easily set the mood for some automotive lovin’.
Ok, I’ll admit it. This ‘movie’ doesn’t exactly have the regular criteria that I’m looking for (plot, characters, ninjas, canons, etc.). However, it does have moving images, and that’s good enough for me.
What kind of moving images? How about ones that depict Autocar testing a Bugatti Veyron, an Audi R8, an Aston Martin DB9, a Porsche 911 GT3 RS, and a Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera, and then burning through sets of tires like they’re supposed to? Mmmm, tires.
