…The Vyrus 987 is the world’s fastest production bike?

Vyrus 987 C3 4V

The Vyrus 987 C3 4V wants to kill you.

It might look nice, and the black and silver color scheme is certainly unassuming, but make no mistake, it’s an angry beast that’s probably best handled by the world’s best riders, and even they are probably not yet worthy of this bike!

That’s because the 211 horsepower, supercharged, Ducati-sourced, 1198cc V-Twin is propelling just 339 pounds of bike, and even including the rider’s weight, that means you’ll be pulling away from Bugatti Veyrons at stoplights like they’re standing still.

Thankfully, at just under $100,000, the Vyrus is a bike that will only be killing well-heeled riders, since one can only imagine what would happen if there were more than a handful of these roaming the streets!

…The GUNBUS is ready to do battle?

GUNBUS

Clemens F. Leonhardt is working on a wild project. By taking two cylinders form an old radial airplane engine, fusing them to a custom crank and then adding them to a custom frame, he has created a 410 cubic inch V-Twin monster that makes 350 horsepower and is called the GUNBUS.

It’s hard to tell from the pic, but everything on this bike is twice the normal size to compensate for the extremely large engine pieces and parts, so I can only imagine what it’s like to ride.

Bigger is better though, right?
