…It’s Tuner Tuesday: Twin-VR6 VW Lupo?

W12 Lupo

Proving once again that with enough determination, you can build just about anything is this twin-VR6 powered, pseudo-W12’ed, AWD VW Lupo. (It’s basically the poor man’s version of This VW Show Car, and after the LS7 Powered Matiz, I’m staring to wonder if this insane engine in a tiny car thing is going to be a trend!)

The body itself is surprisingly stock, providing few clues to what lurks within, though the GIANT brakes give you a hint, and the fact that there’s no interior and the whole thing is made up of a jungle gym of safety cage should be enough to tell you that this isn’t your everyday econo-box.

Unfortunately, it looks like this creation hails form Croatia, so there aren’t many pictures to check out, though the video alone should be enough to tell you that this thing is one bad beast:

…The Bentley Continental Supersports is green?

Bentley Continental Supersports

The Bentley Continental Supersports might not look very green, but as the company’s first FlexFuel vehicle, it is. (Kinda.)

Bentley Continental Supersports Detail

The ‘Extreme Bentley’ is also the fastest and most powerful car to wear a flying B on the hood, with a 621 hp E85-compatible W12 propelling the car to 60 in just 3.7 seconds, and giving it a top speed of 204 mph.

In addition, the car receives carbon ceramic brakes, 24 lbs of weight reduction, a dark-smoked steel finish on all ‘brightware’ (front grilles, lamp bezels, window surrounds and wheels) and plenty of carbon fiber to go around, both inside and out.

It’s definitely not your father’s Bentley, but in this case, that’s definitely not a bad thing.

…It’s Tuner Tuesday: ASI W66GTS?

ASI W66GTS Sides

It’s hard to deny that the ASI W66GTS is anything but a head turning car. (In case you were wondering, ASI stands for Accuracy, Spirit and Imagination.)

ASI W66GTS Front And Back

Featuring the company’s dry carbon fiber hood, trunk and wing, the gold Bentley’s strikingly flowered paint scheme is hand painted onto the car by none other than Japan’s very own Nakamura Tetsuei.

If you’re worried that the exterior was the only part of this car to go under the knife though, then fear not, as the twin-turbo W12 was also the beneficiary of a hefty power jump to the tune of up to 800 horsepower.

It’s definitely not a car for everybody, but in a land filled with Ferraris and Lamborghinis, young oil tycoons are having to try harder and harder each day to stand out at the Dubai drive through.

…VW’s Golf GTI W12 650 can’t turn?

Call this Tuner Tuesday Part 2.

Remember the Golf GTI that got a W12 injection to the tune of 650 horsepower?

Well Top Gear got their hands on it, and was allowed to put it through the wringer.

Sadly, it might go like stink in a straight line, but any kind of corner reveals this thing’s downfall: turning.

I’d still take one though.
