Prepare yourself for what might be the best fight sequence ever caught on film. This clip, taken from “The Protector”, lasts over three minutes, and was filmed on a single steadicam to ensure in your face action. Even the director called it “the most dangerous long take scene ever”. Tony Jaa (the main actor) and the rest of the crew spent over one month practicing and preparing for the scene, and it took five takes to finally get it right (keep in mind, they could only do two takes per day because of the time it took to put the set back together). They even had to hire a special steadicam operator just to keep up with all of the action. If you can find a better sequence, let me know, but until then, I’m crowning this one king.
